C+R Research is looking for an Online Community Research Analyst for our Online Qualitative Research department.  The Online Community Research Analyst will manage all aspects of online communities, including health, engagement, and the execution, coordination and analysis for online projects. Work in a team environment with experienced moderators, clients, quantitative analysts and C+R’s operations staff. 

Position Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

  • Day to day coordination of online community engagement and projects:
    • Monitor communities to ensure health and project objective viability, ensuring accuracy and quality.
    • Work closely with outside vendors, internal analysts, and other operations teams on various aspects of project.
    • Plan and present weekly client updates.
    • Watch community boards and moderate as needed.
    • Asist with panel coordination for specific projects including methodology brainstorming, drafting of key project materials, set up, participant communication, quota management, moderation, data sends or pulls.
    • Taking immediate corrective action to keep projects on track and informing the immediate manager of any possible delays or problems.
    • Summary generation of online community project results with support of senior team members.
    • Tracking for completed projects.

Other Duties:

  • Assisting on other qualitative or hybrid projects.
  • Contributing to the overall organization by contributing ideas and suggestions for improving C+R’s online processes and/or products and services.
  • Keeping abreast of industry changes.
  • Special projects as required.
  • Regular attendance.
Skills & Experience
  • 2-5 years experience in qualitative online services experience. Online Community experience highly desirable.
  • Must have leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle numerous concurrent projects and tasks in fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required. 
  • Proficient with MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
  • High interest and comfort utilizing internet technologies; experience with online/mobile communities, bulletin boards, journaling platforms, webcam IDI’s etc. highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s Marketing, Marketing Research, Psychology, Sociology, Communication or other related field.
