Robbin Jaklin

Robbin Jaklin, President of C&R, joined the organization in 1987. She has conducted a wide range of quantitative projects, including new product development, concept and positioning research, taste testing, name research, packaging research, home placement/usage studies, market segmentation, brand equity, and strategic market evaluation. She has extensive experience with brand and advertising tracking studies for new product launches as well as maintenance of long-standing brands.

Robbin has spearheaded C&R's commitment to keeping market research methods in pace with the way consumers live their lives. A key focus of this has been the development and implementation of C&R's proprietary computerized multi-media interviewing systems, CRIMSON and netCRIMSON™.

In recent years she has been focusing her efforts on building C&R's research services within the kids' market. Robbin has led the development of KidzEyes.com, C&R's online kids' research panel. She is considered an expert in the field of youth marketing and is very active within the industry, often being called upon to present the latest trends and research approaches within this rapidly changing and evolving field.

Robbin has used her expertise and kids' marketing knowledge in partnering with premier kids' marketers.

She holds a BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in both Marketing and Economics.
