Shaili Bhatt, Senior Research Director, has conducted both online and in-person qualitative research for clients in CPG, health/beauty, travel and entertainment, and retail since 2004. Shaili is adept with technology, and she enjoys developing new designs and activities to maximize participant engagement in online and mobile environments. ​

Shaili serves on the Board of Directors (2012-2016) for the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA), a global association promoting the excellence of qualitative research, where she continues to lead and support new ideas in the industry.  ​

An avid blogger, she has presented her ideas at over a dozen global events, and she is currently the Trends Feature Editor for VIEWS magazine. In 2009, Shaili was the first recipient of the QRCA Rising Star Award. ​

Shaili graduated with a BS in Advertising and a minor in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. ​
