Shaili Bhatt, Senior Research Director, has conducted both online and in-person qualitative research for clients in CPG, health/beauty, travel and entertainment, and retail since 2004. Shaili is adept with technology, and she enjoys developing new designs and activities to maximize participant engagement in online and mobile environments.
Shaili serves on the Board of Directors (2012-2016) for the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA), a global association promoting the excellence of qualitative research, where she continues to lead and support new ideas in the industry.
An avid blogger, she has presented her ideas at over a dozen global events, and she is currently the Trends Feature Editor for VIEWS magazine. In 2009, Shaili was the first recipient of the QRCA Rising Star Award.
Shaili graduated with a BS in Advertising and a minor in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
