Susan joined C+R in 2020 and is a well-regarded market researcher with over 20 years’ experience.  She began her career in market research at Market Facts/Synovate (now Ipsos). Susan has worked with a wide range of industry leading clients (CPG, Automotive, QSR, Retail, Financial) and has a wealth of knowledge and experience with concept/package testing, product testing, attitude and usage studies, path to purchase, shelf testing (in-store and online), online community, in-store communication, communication test, etc.

Susan holds a BS in Marketing and Geography & Environmental Planning from Elmhurst University.
