Cailun has 10 years working in the market research industry. She joined C+R in 2014 to support in pioneering and formalizing C+R’s Online Communities & Panels division. She brings with her an array of experience in live/online moderating, advertising effectiveness, and testing PR communications that she gathered working for leading global media and PR agencies.
Cailun’s experience includes many years diving into generational research, specifically with Millennials and Gen Z. Her bright personality warms clients and her attention to detail is appreciated in projects. She seeks partnership and looks forward to equipping clients with information to help them stay sharp within their industry of interest.
Cailun has worked across a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods across many consumer and B2B industries including CPG, food and beverage, healthcare, insurance, tech, automotive, beauty, and apparel, and others.
Cailun received a Bachelor of Science in Media & Cinema Studies from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
