Robbin Jaklin, President and Managing Partner, has been in marketing research for nearly 40 years, and for the past 15 years, she’s been at C+R’s helm, creating and directing its business and services.
While Robbin has been President, one of C+R’s core focuses has been to bring impactful insights to its clients in order to drive intelligent and informed decision-making. She promotes an organization that understands each of its clients’ research needs are unique and ensures that C+R offers solutions that reflect those needs. She’s worked to build a dedicated group of professionals known for customer service, unsurpassed responsiveness, and remarkable dependability. Moreover, she’s built a diverse team of researchers with experience in a broad array of category segments and verticals.
During her tenure at C+R, Robbin has been focused on creating innovative and actionable research design, management, and analysis ─ providing research-driven strategic analysis and insights designed to fuel the growth of clients’ brands. In fact, Robbin works to ensure that C+R is constantly evolving its methods and keeping stride with changes in the research landscape.
With her diverse background, knowledge of the industry and expertise, she also is a key driver in new client acquisition. Not only does Robbin spearhead new client development, but she plays a central role in ensuring those clients are satisfied and keep coming back to C+R for their research needs.
Robbin’s experience spans many categories – CPG, media/entertainment, financial services, food service, and restaurants, as well as healthcare and health insurance.
