Chelsea Glass is a Senior Director of Quantitative Research at C+R Research. She has supported both qualitative and quantitative research for over 10 years and has a strong background in customer satisfaction tracking, brand perception, ad testing, segmentation, conjoint, and market sizing studies. 

Her industry experience lies most heavily within home improvement, energy, transportation, manufacturing, and quick-serve restaurants. 

Chelsea received her B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Experimental Psychology from St. Joseph’s University.
