Amy Ryan, Senior Director, Advanced Analytics, joined C+R in 2003 after nearly a decade leading a variety of complex research efforts for Fortune 100 clients in the finance, communications, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as various federal governmental agencies within the NIH, CDC, FDA, and USDA.  Amy’s nearly 30 years of marketing research experience spans many areas, including evaluation of marketing strategies and promotional materials, new product development and packaging, branding and positioning, tracking, and customer service, as well as research related to government programs and public service campaigns. 

With formal training in multivariate data analysis, Amy quickly transitioned into C+R’s Advanced Analytics department in 2004, where she now leads the analysis and reporting of advanced statistical techniques such as regression modeling, segmentation, discrete choice experiments (conjoint and MaxDiff), pricing methods, TURF analysis, and brand equity models across a wide array of industries.  Amy also develops training programs in advanced analytics for project analysts and has been a foundational leader in developing and automating data quality monitoring for online sample at C+R as well.  Amy holds a Master of Marketing Research (M.M.R.) degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
