Demetra brings more than 20 years of progressive IT experience across cloud migrations, enterprise infrastructure, and technical team leadership. She specializes in overseeing large-scale Microsoft 365 and Azure environments supporting more than 100,000 users, with deep expertise in security, compliance, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Throughout her career, Demetra has led complex Azure and Microsoft 365 implementations, Intune and Endpoint Manager deployments, hybrid Active Directory integrations, and large-scale migrations from on-premises systems to modern cloud platforms. She holds multiple professional certifications, including AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA A+, Network+, and ITIL Foundations, and earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Demetra also holds a DEI certification from the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business.
