Erin Welters, Senior Vice President, brings more than 25 years of experience in consumer and shopper insights, spanning both client and supplier sides. She specializes in quantitative research and joined C+R Research in 2021, where she helps brands uncover actionable insights through clear, compelling research stories.

Her expertise includes primary and secondary research, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative approaches to solving complex business challenges. Erin has extensive experience in consumer-driven, brand-building research within the CPG space, having worked with leading companies such as The Schwan Company and Kraft Foods, and also having managed key accounts like Target and General Mills.

Since joining C+R, Erin has partnered with a wide range of industries and audiences, delivering strategic guidance that connects data to decisions. Her focus is on identifying core business issues and translating findings into insights that drive growth.

Erin holds a B.A. in Psychology and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management (University of Minnesota).
