Matt Werner is a Research Director with over 8 years Market Research experience.  He has handled a variety of research types and analytic approaches, with a special focus on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty tracking studies.  Matt has managed projects for companies across a wide variety of industries, including Automotive, Retail, CPG, and Tech & Telecom.  He also has experience running studies utilizing a range of methodologies including telephone, intercept, online and mobile.  ​

Matt joined C+R in December of 2013 after beginning his Market Research career at Ipsos.   ​

Matt has a BA in Psychology and in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan.
