The People and Culture Coordinator/Office Manager works under the supervision of the head of People + Culture to assist in a variety of human resources and office administration functions.  This position will focus on a wide range of tasks and projects with ample opportunity to contribute to department deliverables and company culture.

Essential Duties:

Essential People + Culture Duties:

  • Coordinate all recruiting activities from job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling
  • Evolve recruiting practices for most efficient and impactful hiring results
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and subsequent file sharing with benefit vendors
  • Assist with tax filing registration and troubleshooting
  • Assist with federal, state, and company policy compliance tracking
  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Assist with employee relations as appropriate
  • Improve and maintain company documents such as organizational charts, headcount report, seating chart, and more as they are developed
  • Some clerical functions (as needed)

Essential Office Manager Duties:

  • Common space daily upkeep such as restocking Café supplies, resetting conference rooms, mail and package distribution
  • Inventory management for all non-project related office and café supplies.
  • Facilitates maintenance of non-IT office and café equipment including appliances and furniture.
  • Plans and coordinates company sponsored internal events such as weekly lunch, on site client meetings, and celebrations
  • Vendor relations including office item suppliers, landlord work order management, and building requirements of vendors and visitors.

  • Significant, hands-on experience using Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to be on-site Monday – Friday.
