Cailun first joined C+R in 2013 as a qualitative intern, and then joined the team full time in 2014 to support in pioneering C+R’s Online Communities & Panels initiative. She brings with her an array of experience in advertising effectiveness and PR communications that she gathered working for leading global media and PR agencies. 
 
Cailun’s experience combines the methodological depth of qualitative research and the precision of quantitative approaches. Her bright personality warms clients and her attention to detail is appreciated in hybrid qual/quant projects. She has worked across a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods across many consumer and B2B industries (CPG, food and beverage, healthcare, insurance, tech, automotive, beauty, and apparel, among others). 
 
Cailun received a Bachelor of Science in Media & Cinema Studies from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
