Erin Barber, Executive Vice President and managing partner, has over 25 years of experience bringing actionable insights to clients. She currently oversees the Online Qualitative Team, which focuses on projects that leverage immersive digital qualitative techniques, as well as the Online Communities and Panels department, one of C+R’s newest and fastest-growing divisions.
Her strategic-thinking and analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) have helped inform clients’ marketing strategies and tactics grounded in consumer insights. In fact, Erin has vast experience addressing clients’ myriad business issues that span across the product/service life cycle, including early- to end-stage product development, communication, as well as strategic segmentation and shopper/consumer journey research.
Her passion for helping C+R’s clients understand consumer behaviors and attitudes from every angle has driven her to explore ways to observe, immerse, and enrich insights using unique methods and designs that include traditional and more innovative tools. To ensure C+R stays ahead of the curve in new methods for our clients, Erin has spearheaded the creation and inclusion of several hybrid methods and agile tools.
Prior to joining C+R in 2001, Erin worked as a Research Executive at Millward Brown and Independent Health Association where she conducted both qualitative and quantitative research studies. Erin received her BS in Marketing from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY.
