Erin Barber is the President and Chief Client Officer at C+R Research, bringing over 25 years of experience and a strong passion for consumer insights. She is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and shaping C+R’s strategic direction. With a diverse background in quantitative and qualitative research, Erin has a comprehensive understanding of addressing myriad business issues across a variety of industries.
Prior to her current role, Erin’s responsibilities were focused on building two successful divisions at C+R—online qualitative and communities and panels, as well as spearheading the development of innovative hybrid methods and agile tools. By leveraging her extensive background and experience, she oversees our analytic teams, encouraging innovation and empowering C+R’s employees. Erin is committed to fostering growth, creativity, and profitability to guide C+R Research’s strategic direction.

Prior to joining C+R Research in 2001, Erin held research positions at leading firms such as Millward Brown and Independent Health Association. Erin graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Canisius University in Buffalo, NY.
