  • What song would you sing karaoke to?

September by Earth, Wind & Fire (also my favorite song).

  • What advice do you have for others wanting to get into market research?

Start on the vendor side – this is really the way to learn everything about market research – a wise woman told me that at my first job interview. So true!

  • What's the best part about working at C+R?

The culture – there's really a team spirit at C+R, and a “can do” attitude. And, for the most part, I think people really enjoy working with each other – we work hard, but also play hard!

  • How did you get into the market research industry?

Really, no real thought put into it… knew I was going to get a BA degree, and probably something in Marketing. When I was a Freshman in college, my sister said, “why don't you go into marketing research? They do things like determine if an area would be a good location for a mall by surveying people.” Well, I declared Marketing Research as my major and never looked back!
